Shipping Policy
Within the UK:
We will despatch your item(s) via Royal Mail Special Delivery (which will require a signature on receipt) after:
i) Payment has been approved.ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
All first time orders are subject to credit checking which may result in a delay.
Once despatched your order will be delivered the following day and a confirmation email will be sent.
Postal rates are variable depending on weight and are added on via checkout.

All same day deliveries must be ordered by 1pm
Europe:
We will despatch your item(s) via Royal Mail insured (Upto 2kgs in weight will require a signature on receipt) after:
i) Payment has been approved.ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.

Once despatched your order will take 2-3 days for delivery and a confirmation email will be sent.
Postal rates are variable depending on weight and are added on via checkout.
Worldwide:
We will despatch your item(s) via Royal Mail International Insured (Upto 2kgs in weight will require a signature on receipt) after:
i) Payment has been approved.ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
All first time orders are subject to credit checking which may result in a delay.
Please note the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.
Once despatched your order will take 3-5 days for delivery and a confirmation email will be sent.
Returns Policy
With FlorenceBrown.Com customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy easy.
If for any reason you find fault with the goods you have purchased, return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s) or replace with similar if you desire. This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When returning item(s) please ensure the package is wrapped securely.
We also recommend that you send your package by special delivery for your own protection as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post.
